We offer you top of the range equipment, free healthy liquid refreshments (mineral water!), and motivation in abundance. The session will be pre planned (yet still versatile, to reflect your needs) so we can get started straight away. The key to enjoying your new fitness sessions is to put 100% effort in and embrace the outdoors – come rain or shine!
Please note: we will always have a minimum of 12 classes per week and in the summer months many more!

SWING IT : “Kettlebells are a fantastic tool for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time and wants to get maximum results in the form of fat loss and improved stamina.
There is no better way to get fit and burn fat than with 45/30 minutes of high rep kettle-bell swings, cleans and snatches.”

CIRCUIT : Circuit Training means a group of activities (stations) strategically positioned that are to be visited in rapid succession. This session is ideal for all levels as you can work to your own ability and adapt each exercise easily, great fun, always different and gives you a good exercise knowledge base to start from.”

RUN IT : “Running Based Training - every session is different, but includes lots of running broken down into different sections, including interval training, sprinting, cable running – even running with a parachute”

BEGINNERS RUNNING CLASS: This class is for those people who want to get into running on a regular basis but don’t know where to start! – we teach you technique, how to build up your distance and pace, warm up drills and take you from 0 – 5km over an 8 week period. you will get some homework from this class!

Tabata/HIIT : THE NEW BIG THING!!

This class is fun, challenging and gives you something different!!
HIT or Tabata Training is High intensity Interval Training.
It is basically the new BUZZ in the fitness industry, not for the faint hearted (Literally!) you will work at maximum effort (100%) for short intervals of 20 seconds followed by intervals of 10 seconds recovery for a fixed duration. normally 16 -20 mins
this type of training BURNS FAT SUPER FAST!! and improves fitness levels superbly aswell.
this class is aimed at those people who what to push to the next level or have reached a plateau in your training.

TRX Suspension Training :
Weighing less than two pounds, The TRX sets up in seconds –wherever you want. Thousands of people of all fitness levels now train on the TRX, from professional athletes who need peak performance to everyday people who just want to feel and look their best. we have been using the TRX with our PT clients for a few years now and so we have decided to invest in a number of them and were taking it to the next level with a group class.
Build superior core conditioning and involves some running to reach another park to use the TRX’s!
BOX IT : Boxing based training - the best stress buster around – is one of the most effective forms of cross-training exercise. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, including hand/eye coordination, balance and timing. Our Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive!” (summer programme only – before the dark night draw)

Core Conditioning :
A 30 minute class working your mid-section to the max…forget those usual sit-ups and 100 crunches ! we really show you how to get a flat stomach and strong core. all levels welcome.
(this class is included in the 20:20:20 sessions instructed by Louise)
SKIP FIT : skipping rope training - this is fun, high energy and delivers fantastic results in no time! we incorporate traditional exercises such as squats, press ups, dips, lunges etc with skipping intervals to get your heart and lungs working hard too, burning fat and therefore increasing your metabolism.
(This class is often included in the 20:20:20 session, currently its not a stand alone class)
20:20:20
This class offers you 3 x 20 mins in one fitness session, each week it is different. one 20 mins section will be focusing on Cardio, one on strenght and 1 on either flixibility or core conditioning. Great for all levels and if you get bored of one style of training easily this is for you.
Its basically a mixture of all the other classes we do!! From Burpee’s to medicine ball exercises, HIT training to partner exercises….great fun and one of our most popular classes every week its something different and challenging – ideal for those of you who have been exercising a while and want an extra push.
