Burn It Bootcamp is a fitness experience like no other you have ever had. As part of this intensive month-long course the Personal Trainers at Burn It will guide you through every step of the journey. A mixed bag of high intensity training classes coupled with comprehensive diet planning and fitness testing will ensure your lifestyle gets the kickstart that you have been looking for.

From your initial consultation we will advise, test, analyse and push you to what might be the most rewarding period of your fitness lives.

As part of the Burn It Bootcamp package you will have access to the following benefits:

  • The unlimited choice of 11 exclusive BOOTCAMP classes per week designed specifically and exclusively for the Bootcamp members.
  • Intensive fitness testing, and weight and measurments taken at both the beginning and end of the Bootcamp. (1st Monday/last Friday)
  • A free Nutrition workshop at the start of the month covering pre and post workout nutrition, weightloss and strength building nutrition,  weight and measurements taken and a chance to meet the other people on your course.
  •  Personalise weekly feedback on your food diary and tips and changes specific to you to follow for the duration of the Bootcamp: specifically aimed at your goals be it weight loss, building muscle, toning, post natal, sports specific.
  • Invitations to Supplementary masterclasses throughout the year with leading industry professionals on Blackheath.
  • FREE access to our other group fitness classes - BURN IT @  Blackheath for the duration of your bootcamp (worth £59.95) this gives you access to attend your choice of over 100 classes during the course of the month.
  • A closing meet up to give you all your final weight in and  results from the course (held one evening at the end of the course)
  • Exclusive offers on personal training sessions after the course is over.
  • Regular contact with 4  Mentors who will regularly contact you and keep you motivated and on course!

What happens at the end of the Bootcamp?

On completion of the B.I Bootcamp have a little rest and enjoy all your hard work!! following that we would love you to continue training with Burn It by joining our Blackheath group classes.  For a monthly fee of only £59.95 you can attend unlimited classes to keep yourself in tip top Bootcamp condition and put into practice all you have learnt on the course.
