It varies from woman to women so it's essential to have a chat with us before joining in the outdoor workouts. Some personal training sessions are also advisable to give you confidence, sort out technique and spot any weaknesses. But generally speaking, most women who have had a baby without any major complications can do most exercises within a few months.

There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing! Being outside is great for our mind as well as our bodies and most of us take showers after training anyway, so we encourage people to train outside whatever the weather.
believe it or not it is liberating to be outside in the wonderful British weather!

We run our classes all year round, which does mean during the winter months, it is dark in the mornings and evenings - Here are a few tips that get us through the winter months!

Gloves are also very handy!
A beanie, or headband for protecting those little ears.
A real good purchase would be waterproof Socks (sealskinz)

Once you have paid for the classes or training and you have started either of them, you are not able to cancel your purchase. If your training has not started, you may cancel your contract.

I'm not able to run very far without stopping...will I be able to join in the class?
The beginners running club on a Monday night is ideal for those people who are building up from zero running and just as long as you can run for about 5 mins non-stop and your willing to stick at it to improve you will be fine. Running training is always hard in the beginning! The Thursday morning running club is a little more taxing and you will need to be able to run for approx 20 mins at a time without stopping plus be happy to tackle hills, intervals and sprints.
