Only £60 for 6 sessions if you bring your own Kettlebell
£80 for 6 sessions if Kettlebell is provided by Burn It
The first class you attend is absolutely FREE and you are under no obligation to carry on so come along and see if you like it!!

I wouldn’t advise you start out with Kettlebells if you are totally new to exercise or currently have a sedetary lifestyle. you do need to have a good basic fitness level to be able to keep up. If you would like to build up to coming along in the future get more active and try to do at least 30 mins of moderate exercise each day. If you are already pretty active you will be fine!! book in now.
The first session is FREE so come along and give it a try!
Bring your own Kettlebell : The class cost £12 if you pay on the day, £10 if you buy a block of 6 sessions
Use one of our Kettlebells: not available to pay on the day - bookings in advance and £12 if your buy a block of 6 sessions
Swing, Snatch, Pull, Clean, Turkish get up, windmill, Round the world, Tactical Lunges, Halo’S, Renagade rows,Thrusters!! plus cardio exercises which are stratigically placed throughout the session. Kettlebells works by keeping your heart rate elevated and working to your maximum during intervals of work and then some rest!
We have regular breaks and lots of encouragement and motivation to keep you focused and working towards a perfect technique!
45 Mins in duration with some great stretching out at the end. Fits perfectly into a lunch hour!
