Personal Training and Kettlebell training is available around the Maidstone area. Training takes place in local parks or in the comfort of your own homes.

We offer you a FREE initial consultation so we can meet up, talk though your goals and what will get you moving. We will carry out some measurements of your current fitness levels and body stats to give us a bench mark to measure improvements. We will make a plan of how to get you started and hopefully have time to do some taster exercises!!
Every single person who books a block of 10 PT sessions or more with us gets a Nutrition consultation included (as one of your 10 sessions) you will be required to complete an in depth food diary and this will be studied by Michelle Walsh, Burn Its highly experienced Nutrition expert. Michelle will then arrange a telephone consultation with you to discuss the findings and compile an easy to follow nutrition plan for you to follow over the course of your PT. Nutrition is a HUGE part of getting results through exercise – weather its weight loss your after or if your training for a specific event or building your fitness. If you want to see long term fast results you must look at and probably alter your diet !!
We love being outdoors and getting you pushing your boundaries : depending on the time of day and area you live we will use the local parks and fields, You are also of course welcome to train at home if you wish but we do need some space to move about. Sara specialises in Kettlebells and the TRX suspension system (a fantastic and fun bit of kit that we can take cross country with us and have a fantastic workout on the move!! – you will love it!)
