We also can help you achieve your fitness goals through personalized training and tailored Nutrition plans. 1-2-1 Consultation + Individual Nutrition Plan + Perssonalised Fitness Programme = Quick – Long Term Results!

Your treatment starts by filling in the food diary on the page for 5-7 days, detailing all the foods including snacks and fluids you ate/drank including times, size of portions, any uncomfortable feelings (bloating, indigestion etc) mood and energy levels.

This will be returned to Michelle prior to the consultation and she will go through this on the day and discuss how you can make changes and improvements to help with your nutritional goals. Michelle will also go through a detailed series of questions on the various body systems and symptoms, family and travel history in order to piece together an overall picture of your lifestyle. All this information will help to put your individualized nutrition plan together and on the path to optimum health and happiness. Michelle will also come up with a tailormade exercise plan for you to follow including either our Bootcamp, Our Group classes or PT depending on your budget or she can help you plan a regime outside of our other servicee, be it at your own gym or training in your own time.

After the initial meeting you will have 4 – 6 weeks to work through your new food regime. a follow up meeting will show up any improvements still to be made and keep you striving towards optimal nutrition.
