Personal Training’ is exactly what it says! There is no hiding behind a group class! Everyone has strengths and weaknesses – loved and hates! We work with you to reach your potential – we will correct postural imbalances, work on perfect form and technique, strive to get you working to your maximum and getting you moving “happily!”

You can chose to have one off sessions every now and then to get you revved up, or you can have a continuous course of PT to keep you focused and evolving! Your choice…. we are here when you need us!

We aim to get people out and about as much as possible – don’t we all spend too much time stuck indoors already!

If the thought of venturing outside to exercise in front of strangers fills you with dread then we can always come to you at home but we can assure you, it will quite possibly be the best workout experience you will ever have!

All our equipment is ideal for using outside, we will get you using a TRX suspension system strapped to a tree, using power bags and Kettlebells, Vipr bars, Boxing,  running in the local park or pushing your limits on Greenwich hill! Whatever your level and goals we will get you started and support you through your training on a tailor made programme just for you.

We believe that GOAL SETTING is the Key to your success and right from the offset we will find you manageable and achievable goals to work toward and when you do we will celebrate…oh and then set you some more!!

Every PT client has a nutrition consultation included in the first block of 10!….(You get 9 x 1 hour PT sessions and 1 x nutrition consultation with Michelle Walsh our company nutrition expert and weightloss guru!!)

Nutrition is of course a key part to weight loss, strength building and cardio fitness – 70% of your results will come from good food choices!  We will ask you to complete a food diary for 3 days when you start and from this Michelle will ascertain what changes need to be made and how you implement them into your life.  We will not focus on what you should not eat but more on what you need to include into your daily diet – thus keeping you feeling positive about the changes and full of motivation!

Indoor Training: At Home

If you prefer to exercise in the privacy of your own home, no problem! We can come to you – you will need enough space to jump, stretch out and generally move about comfortable, we supply all equipment and motivation – you just supply some hard work!

Are you ready to make a change?

Some things to think about……
Getting into condition means improving your body as a whole…. Some exercises strengthen your muscles (e.g., weight lifting, circuit training) while others improve your flexibility (e.g., yoga). “Aerobic” exercise improves your body’s endurance by helping your heart, blood vessels and lungs work more effectively.

Exercises that are aerobic are those in which your muscles use oxygen to function – these exercises are also the ones that make you breathe faster, sweat, and lose weight!

You may find some aspect of training tougher than others but you will improve with every single session!! Guaranteed! 1 exercise session per week will not get you the improvements you are looking for – you do need to commit to at least 3 regular exercise sessions per week to make a real difference, this doesn’t need to all be PT, combine it with our Group classes or running, swimming, Zumba!!? just make sure you are ready to commit to regular sessions and we GUARANTEE you results!

What to expect at your consultation and first PT session…

We will talk through your goals and talk through all the findings from your forms at the first meeting. At your first PT session we will carry out a fitness assessment, weigh and measure you and checking your body fat % and blood pressure. You will be booked in for your nutrition consultation and we will get you to start filling out your food diary from day one.
