Terms and Conditions
- We require a minimum of 8 people to run a bootcamp therefore we reserve the right to postpone the start date until we have a sufficient number of participants. Of course you will be offered a refund if the new date is not convenient with you. We will strive to make each Bootcamp go ahead!
- We offer the choice of 8 B.I Bootcamp sessions: early mornings, mornings, evenings and one at the weekend. To complete our Bootcamp course you must attend a minimum of 12 Bootcamp sessions in 4 weeks. You must also attend the initial nutrition and motivation talk on the Saturday before your bootcamp commences. All Bootcampers must attend the first Monday morning session of the course for Fitness test and stats to be recorded.
- You will have unlimited attendance membership of our other group classes to maximise your results for the duration of your Bootcamp.
- You will qualify for a special offer of NO joining fee on completion of your Bootcamp if you wish to continue on with Burn It Fitness as a monthly member.
- before commencing the Bootcamp you must complete a health questionnaire and disclaimer. Certain health conditions will not allow you to join or a doctor’s note may be required. This must be discussed and signed by you and a member of the Burn It team.
- Payment must be made in full prior to the bootcamp start date. If you withdraw less than 24hrs before you will be liable for the full fee.
- On completion of attending a minimum of 12 bootcamps and following our personalised nutritional advice if you’re not happy with your results we offer a FULL money back guarantee policy.
- If you occur any injury whilst training at one of our bootcamp sessions you must notify a trainer imediately and recorded in the accident book. If this means you are unable to compete the session you will be able to make up the sessions missed once you’re fully fit. However we are not obliged to refund any monies.
- If any injury or sickness is suffered outside of camp you are still liable for the whole fee and no camp transfer or refund is granted.
- B.I Bootcamp will run in all weathers. We ask you to wear the appropriate kit for the conditions we will be training in. Trainers with a good grip are a must!
